Most of the households served by our members have incomes at or below 50% of the area medium income. Voting membership is open to community development corporations (CDCs) and other nonprofit affordable housing development service and technical assistance organizations that meet criteria established by CDN's board.
Affiliate Members include financial institutions, government agencies, social service providers, advocacy groups, educational institutions, for-profit businesses, and interested individuals. The community-based support provided by our Affiliate Members heightens our effectiveness enormously.
